Waters Ranch sits at the southernmost end of Atlas Peak. The vineyard is divided into two sections: the lower elevation Phase 1 that faces east overlooking Wooden Valley and the higher elevation Phase 2 faces west and overlooks Napa Valley. Waters Ranch has relatively deep soils for a mountain site, allowing for decent water-holding capacity and vigorous canopies. The fruit from Waters Ranch has a savory component that brings complexity, depth, and firm tannins to our wines.
