Pahlmeyer Pièce de Résistance is a blend of our best Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from each vintage. With only 100 cases produced, it is highly allocated to our Preferred members only. The 2007 vintage will be released November 3, 2011. $300 per bottle. Please click below for more information.
PAHLMEYER PETIT VERDOT
Pahlmeyer Petit Verdot is a unique single-vineyard bottling from our Waters Ranch vineyard, draped over the ridge of Atlas Peak at 1800 to 2100 feet in Napa Valley.
Winemaker Erin Green requires that each varietal we grow stand on its own, harvesting each block of grapes at optimal maturity, then fermenting and aging as small lots. The Petit Verdot from our Waters Ranch Estate Vineyard has historically been blended in to our Proprietary Red, contributing to our signature wine’s deep purple color and density. However, this wine demanded a solo and inspired us to bottle this 100% Petit Verdot.
There were only 110 cases made from the 2009 vintage, released February 2012. Please click below for more information.
